Evaluate Operations:

Cleaning Bosses need to stay active. They should regularly check the quality of cleaning in all facilities and evaluate the overall appearance and results of cleaning efforts. Hire and train Operation Janitor Leaders to assess and rate the cleanliness levels.

Gather feedback from customers and users of the buildings. Differentiate between a quality clean and the effects of aging buildings. Assign percentage scores for all cleaning activities, noting strengths and areas that require improvement. Record and reward quality cleaning ratings, and implement cleaning drills for each team in every building.

Track cleaning time against square footage cleaned per hour. Set operational targets for each building and team. Create graphs showing results for each cleaning team. Use the Janitors TGS Operation System and Janitors Advance Training to gather benchmarks for production times.

Assess costs related to labor, chemicals, equipment, and overhead. Compile monthly or annual costs for labor, chemicals, equipment, and overhead as recorded in the Janitors Operation System, or compare data with other buildings that manage low operational costs while achieving high quality.

Focus on achieving goals. Conduct staff meetings to gather ideas and input on setting realistic objectives. Identify issues that need attention and define what should be accomplished. The Janitors Operation System provides the necessary insights and details on benefits and costs.
